Thin film deposition line
Allows the development of PV cells based on thin film technology. The line has 8 chambers: three to deposit the constituent layers of the cell via the PECVD and the magnetron sputtering, two others for the TCO, a SAS chamber for the introduction of the substrate and the last one with a robot in charge of placing and removing the substrates in the different periphery chambers.
