Allows obtaining the optical response of a material by studying the modification of the polarization ellipse of an incident beam during its reflection on the sample surface.

Thin film deposition line

Allows the development of PV cells based on thin film technology. The line has 8 chambers: three to deposit the constituent layers of the cell via the PECVD and the magnetron sputtering, two others for the TCO, a SAS chamber for the introduction of the substrate and the last one with a robot in charge of placing and removing the substrates in the different periphery chambers.
